Virtually all the cases to date have been settled on favorable terms to his clients. The Fair Credit cases typically involve identity theft, one person's credit files mixed with some other person, and debt collectors that re-aged accounts.

In 2007, Mark obtained a favorable ruling in a case involving inaccurate reporting of tax liens in Yourke v Experian Information Systems, Inc., 2007 WL 1795705 (N.D. Cal. 2007).
